Team/Role Overview

The Relationship Manager role is part of the HR Partners and Delivery organization. It leads HR operational excellence by improving processes, strengthening controls, and driving digitization across global HR services. It focuses on managing complex issues, ensuring high‑quality process execution, and delivering actionable insights through reporting and analytics. The position partners closely with HR Partners, global process owners, operational teams, and senior country leadership. Success requires strong problem‑solving, communication, and change‑management skills within a fast‑paced, compliance‑driven environment.

What you’ll do

  • Drive HR process and policy improvements using operational metrics, surveys, KPIs, and root‑cause analysis to enhance operational excellence.
  • Support HR Partnership & Delivery objectives through effective use of HR systems (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow) and ensure accurate, timely reporting and analytics.
  • Collaborate with HR Partners, Operational Services, Global Process Leads, and senior country leadership to align priorities, resolve issues, and deliver process enhancements.
  • Manage complex escalations, oversee incident resolution, and ensure transparent communication with stakeholders through closure.
  • Translate HR policies into operational processes, including defining controls, capacity planning, performance measurement, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Advance digitization and operational efficiency through simplification and optimization of the operating model.
  • Identify, escalate, and track compliance risks; participate in audit preparation and coordination with relevant teams.
  • Provide data-driven insights, presentations, and workforce reporting to senior HR and business partners.

What we’ll need from you

  • 5–7 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a global or virtual team environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, especially Workday; proficient in MS Office (Word, advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at senior and peer levels.
  • Proven problem-solving capability, including issue resolution, escalation management, and root‑cause analysis.
  • Demonstrated success in process improvement, change management, and project management.
  • Strong customer service orientation and ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment with high volumes and tight deadlines.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and able to rapidly learn new business and technical concepts.
  • Committed to compliance, operational discipline, and the highest standards of ethics and data privacy.
  • Bachelor's degree/ University degree or equivalent experience
