We are looking for an Enterprise Resilience QA Senior Analyst with disciplinary knowledge to contribute to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Citigroup's Continuity of Business (COB) organization within Global Operations & Technology Risk Management (OTRM)

  • Conduct quality assurance (“QA”) reviews on Continuity of Business (COB) third party vendors across all Global Products/Functions (“Sectors”) and Regions by applying a risk-based methodology.

  • Produce requirements documentation in both written and diagrammatic form.

  • Data analysis, Excel modeling and Workflow mapping

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years Experience in Third Party/third party oversight, risk and relationship management.

  • Experience of technology project management, Data modeling and workflow mapping.

  • 2+ years experience working with internal/external audit/regulatory groups is preferred.

  • Fluency in English

  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Track record as a strong analyst – recognized as able to deliver work in pressured environments.

  • Hands on approach and able to manage own work load whilst taking direction.

  • Attention to detail and ability to discuss document and confirm process flows.

  • Sufficiently experienced to provide feedback for areas of improvement and realign strategy accordingly.

  • Collaborative approach, must be able to work closely with senior business sponsors and promote consensus decisions that are right for the organization.

  • Advanced project management, data analysis and reporting ability; with a good understanding of supporting technologies (applications, reporting tools, and data presentation).

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
