Citi Security and Investigative Services - Physical Security Reporting Intern

Citi Security and Investigative Services (CSIS) is a full-service team that protects the employees, assets, information, integrity, and reputation of Citi and its clients. We accomplish this by offering industry-leading professional security services, fraud prevention, and independent investigations to all of Citi's businesses and regions globally, and by partnering with our internal business colleagues, law enforcement agencies, and the industry externally.

Join our team for a 3-month internship program to gain a comprehensive view of the Citi Security and Investigative Services Department!

Your main tasks will include:

• Supporting the financial planning activity of the bank's physical security field
• Ensuring that security related purchase orders and invoices are processed in a timely and error free manner
• Analyse findings from expense account reconciliation and create corrections when appropriate
  
  

This is a great opportunity to:

• Gain a deeper insight into the financial support of security and investigations processes,
• Learn the financial background of a specialized area and how our team supports the activity of security professionals from financial perspective,
• Have insight to how process centralization and standardization works in a multinational environment

We think will be a good fit if:

• You are currently completing a BSc/MSc in Economics or in any similar disciplines
• You have active Hungarian student status
• Your are at least inyour penultimate year of university studies
• You have confident knowledge of English in written and verbal communication
• You have strong control-mindset
• Like working with data and analyse them
• You have working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• You have strong attention to details
• You have interest in and motivation to learn more about physical security of banks

Program start date: 17 June 2024

Our Summer Internships are paid talent programs with competitive salary and are full-time opportunities (40 working hours/week) during summer.
