Job Overview

What do we do?

• The TTS Analytics team provides analytical insights to the Product, Pricing, Client Experience and Sales functions within the global Treasury & Trade Services business. The team works on business problems focused on enhancing client experience, driving acquisitions, cross-sell and revenue growth.
• The team extracts relevant insights, identifies business opportunities, converts business problems into analytical frameworks, uses big data tools and AI/ML techniques to drive data driven business outcomes in collaboration with business and product partners.
• The team works on building and operating Generative AI and deep learning solutions - Design, implement, and scale production‑grade AI applications end‑to‑end—from data ingestion and model services to user‑facing interfaces, observability, and secure deployments

ROLE DESCRIPTION

• The role will be Data/Information Mgt Intmd Analyst (C11) in the TTS Analytics team.
• The role will report to the AVP/VP leading the team.
• Design and engineer AI‑first UX—from conversational/agentic flows to rich visualizations—turning complex AI capabilities into usable, reliable interfaces.
• Ship production features that measurably improve developer productivity.
• Collaborate with AI engineers, software engineers, and product partners to leverage the latest GenAI techniques.
• Raise the bar in React/TypeScript codebase—componentization, testing, Storybook, architecture patterns.
• Expand evaluation metrics and techniques to simplify Agentic‑AI development.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience:

• Strong expertise (5–8 years) building modern frontend applications with Angular, React, Node.js and TypeScript.

Skills:

Must have

• Proficiency in JavaScript, React (or another UI framework), and TypeScript Experience with state management libraries (redux, context API, zustand), for building well-structured applications.
• Experience with storybooks or componentized development. Proficiency in implementing streaming and real-time experiences (e.g., word/token streaming, live updates, progress/status indicators).
• Ability to design intuitive UIs for AI‑first experiences (chat, streaming, agentic workflows).
• Ability to ship production UI features and influence architecture
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture, state management, performance optimization, and responsive design.

Good to have

• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Google ADK, Vercel AI SDK.
• Familiarity with Next.js, Vite, internal design systems.
• Experience with CI/CD tools: Jenkins, Tekton, ArgoCD, Harness.
• Experience developing eval metrics for Agentic‑AI.

Education:

• Bachelor / Master Degree with 5-8 years of experience in Computer Science.

Tools and technologies:

• Angular, React, TypeScript, Next.js/Vite, storybook, internal design systems LangChain, Vercel AI SDK, LangGraph, Google ADK (Agent Development Kit).
• React, Angular & Test-Driven Development are essential.

• Access to time-saving AI tools such as GitHub Copilot and Cognition.ai's Devin.
