Team/role overview
Citi’s University Relations team aims to build a consistent global campus pipeline of Early Career talent through relationship management and programming across universities, platforms, and partnerships.
What you’ll do
The University Relations Program Specialist will be responsible for data-driven decision making within the campus recruiting and early careers function. This role will combine relationship management, project management, and program management through global data, reporting, insights.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintain and update university relations datasets to ensure accuracy, consistency
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track recruiting metrics, progress of pipelines
- Manage global partnerships with sourcing and engagement tools
- Monitor KPIs for global UR Team
- Develop a schedule of meaningful programs aimed at attracting students to apply for roles at Citi. This will include working on event logistics for on campus events, virtual events, and more (Path to Profession, Career Insights)
- Work closely with the recruitment team to understand their hiring needs and ensure the university relations strategy supports this
- Work in partnership with the wider global university relations team on planning and execution of virtual events
- Work in partnership with the Talent Attraction team on marketing campaigns to promote campus events and early careers roles
- Manage the relationship with our logistics providers and act as the main point-of-contact both in advance and on the day of events
- Payment processing of invoices
What we’ll need from you
- Experience in a similar role
- Event management experience
- Data/Analytical capabilities
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks
- Experience of managing a variety of stakeholders
- Experience of working in a global organisation would be an advantage
- University degree or equivalent experience
