Job Overview
Citi's Global Talent Attraction Team is seeking a Senior Campaign Manager who will play a pivotal role in leading the development of Citi’s recruitment marketing campaigns to attract top-tier talent globally. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading targeted, data-driven marketing campaigns and strategies (with a focus on Citi’s core “functions” business areas e.g.; Finance, Risk) to enhance Citi’s employer brand, engage prospective candidates, and drive qualified applications for priority roles.
What you’ll do
Lead in the planning of campaigns targeting a wide range of talent segments globally.
Collaborate with talent acquisition teams and stakeholders to identify key hiring priorities and align campaigns with specific job requisitions and talent pipelines.
Work closely with internal Talent Attraction teams to ensure timely delivery and smooth execution of campaigns across multiple platforms.
Create engaging content and ad copy, working with the design team to ensure consistent branding and message alignment that resonates with candidate personas.
Manage relationship with key stakeholders and compile reports on campaign outcomes.
Partner with the wider Talent Acquisition (TA) team, Workforce Intelligence and Talent Acquisition (WITA) partners and business stakeholders to ensure campaigns alignment on broader Citi recruitment priorities and diversity goals.
Stay updated with external market insights including competitor analysis and candidate behaviour insights.
Organise and prioritise multiple campaigns and tasks, ensuring deadlines are met and campaign elements are effectively coordinated.
Maintain clear documentation of campaign details including performance data, creative assets and key learnings for future reference.
What we’re looking for
Expertise in digital marketing, recruitment marketing, or employer branding.
Strong understanding of tools and platforms, such as, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, programmatic advertising and Search Engine Optimisation (SEO).
Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proven track record of leading large-scale, data-driven campaigns with measurable success is a plus.
Experience in recruitment marketing within a corporate environment is a plus
