Team/Role Overview

The Prime Finance department consists of four areas: Equity, Fixed Income, Delta One and FX.
This role falls within the FX Middle Office group providing a proactive service role to our clients and a supporting role to the FX PB Client Executive team and FX Operations team.

As part of a global Middle Office team, you will be responsible for managing your client’s trade lifecycle management as well as working with Citi teams for reconciliation and risk management. The role will have extensive client interaction as well as opportunity to develop a deep understanding of FX products, internal systems, processes, and support teams.

What you’ll do

• Provide a proactive service role to our clients and a supporting role to the FX Client
• Executive team in the daily processing, monitoring, and reconciliation of all FX transactions
• Main point of contact for client / administrator operational inquiries
• Monitoring of all FXPB clients related trading within the FXPB matching system
• Participate in the reduction of erroneous errors
• Help Optimize trading flows by seeking operational efficiency
• Liaise with our FX Operations teams globally

What we’ll need from you

• Client service / strong interpersonal skills essential
• Middle Office or Operations background is a benefit
• Exposure to FX products / solutions is a benefit
• Work experience in the Financial Services Industry is a benefit

• Computer literate - Ability to quickly grasp several in house systems including Microsoft office applications
• Communication – Strong communication and diplomacy skills to communicate effectively across the organization
• Problem solving - Resolve complex problems where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of basic procedures and industry standar
