Job Overview

Citi is seeking a highly skilled Digital Content Producer (AVP) to create high-impact digital content that elevates our brand and supports key marketing objectives. This role is ideal for a digital‑first storyteller with strong production expertise, hands-on technical skills, and a passion for crafting compelling visual narratives.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end‑to‑end production of digital content—primarily video and photography—from concept to final delivery.
• Produce high‑quality shoots using professional DSLR/mirrorless cameras, managing lighting, audio, and composition.
• Edit content using Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator), including motion graphics and visual effects.
• Create visual assets and ensure all content aligns with Citi brand guidelines.
• Partner with content strategy and campaign leads to shape content calendars and support major marketing initiatives.
• Generate creative ideas, ensure ADA compliance, and optimize content for digital and social platforms.
• Monitor performance metrics and share insights to guide continuous improvement.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.
• Stay current on platform trends and emerging formats to keep Citi’s digital presence ahead of the curve.
• Ensure content meets all legal, compliance, and risk standards.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Film, Media, Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field.
• Experience in digital content creation or multimedia production.
• Proven ability to independently capture and edit professional-quality video and photography.
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong grasp of graphic design principles and brand alignment.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• A proactive, highly collaborative mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
• A proven portfolio of work.

Preferred

• Basic SEO knowledge for digital/video content.
• Experience with CMS or DAM platforms.
• Background in financial services or other regulated industries.

Qualifications:

• Experience in content marketing, content editing or related field

Education:

• Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience
