Team/Role Overview
Citi's Enterprise Data Office (EDO) is a critical component of our global strategy, responsible for transforming how we manage, leverage, and govern data across the entire institution. In an increasingly data-driven world, the EDO plays a pivotal role in ensuring that Citi's data assets are accurate, accessible, secure, and compliant, empowering our businesses to make informed decisions, innovate, and deliver exceptional client experiences.The EDO's mission is to establish and embed a robust enterprise-wide data strategy, architecture, governance framework, and operational capabilities. We are dedicated to:
- Driving Data Governance:Implementing and enforcing consistent data policies, standards, and processes across all business lines and functions.
- Enhancing Data Quality:Ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of Citi's vast data landscape.
- Enabling Data Accessibility and Usage:Facilitating secure and efficient access to high-quality data for analytical insights, reporting, and strategic initiatives.
- Fostering Data Innovation:Exploring and adopting cutting-edge data technologies and methodologies to unlock new opportunities and efficiencies.
- Ensuring Regulatory Compliance:Meeting all data-related regulatory requirements and obligations globally.

What you’ll do
Your time will be spent supporting two major programmes within the Enterprise Data Office, working on Data Governance, and Master Reference Data consent order deliverables.
- Data analysis
- Gathering Business Requirements
- Data issue remediation
- Managing stakeholders with regards to data governance
- Conducting impact assessments
What we’ll need from you
- Excel expertise is essential
- Data Governance experience
- Metrics and visualisations experience
- Experience in leading through SDLC lifecycle
- Project management execution experience (requirements, execution support, testing)
- SQL and Tableau experience is advantageous
