Team/Role Overview

In this role, you will be handling the following (but not limited to) responsibilities:

• Partner closely with technology, controls and security teams
• Lead conference calls with stakeholders and produce meeting agenda, meetings and documentation
• Analyse the information collected in a detailed manner whilst working independently and as part of the overall team.
• Manage the JIRA book of work while working closely with the team as well as independently
• Manage and maintain weekly progress reports for team’s work and reporting utilizing JIRA dashboards.
• Maintain documentation and access in SharePoint and Confluence

What we’ll need from you

• Strong knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Sharepoint and strong analytical skills
• Project Management experience to track and manage deliverables
• Passionate about bringing structure and driving change especially at the point of execution
• Strong can-do attitude
• Hands-on with strong organizational skills and great attention to detail
• Collaborative by nature and able to work with all levels of seniority
• Able to manage own workload and manage priorities
