The Applications Support team plays a critical role in ensuring the stability, efficiency, and effectiveness of our business applications. This team is responsible for providing technical oversight, resolving issues, managing outages, and collaborating with various stakeholders to maintain optimal application performance. The team works closely with users, traders, internal technology groups, and vendors to ensure seamless operation of critical systems.

What you’ll do:

Technical Support and Communication:

  • Ensure timely resolution of issues to minimize business disruption

  • Provide technical oversight across various systems and applications

  • Leverage expertise to resolve complex issues within the application support domain

  • Participate in application releases deployment process

  • Perform post-release checkouts after application and infrastructure updates

  • Develop and maintain technical support documentation

  • Effectively share information with team members and other technology teams

  • Communicate appropriately with relevant stakeholders

Experience:

  • Experience in an Application Support role

  • Experience with real-time monitoring systems

Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of application support principles and practices

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Effective problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

  • Proficiency in issue tracking and reporting tools

  • Ability to plan and organize workload
