The Citi Retail Services (CRS) Partner Marketing team leads all marketing efforts for the CRS business. The Head of Partner Account Growth for Citi Retail Services is currently seeking a VP of Partner Marketing Account Growth. The individual in this role will be responsible for supporting the identification and launch of new growth channels and optimization of existing channels for retail credit cards, managing performance tracking and leading go to market strategies. This includes managing projects from inception through delivery, leading forums and routines to drive business performance, and identifying strategic opportunities to deliver on commitments.


Responsibilities:

  • 6 to 10 years of working experience in similar roles.

  • Deliver strategic recommendations to drive account growth for the Citi Retail Services business through understanding the competitive landscape and optimizing existing channels

  • Manage go-to-market strategies for new initiatives related to channel expansion, capability development, and funnel optimization from inception through delivery

  • Collaborate with business partners to identify efficiencies and improve effectiveness across acquisition channels through innovations in strategy, targeting, delivery, process, and new capabilities

  • Maintain an extreme focus to detail while managing marketing campaigns across multiple channels (both internal and external sites) that attract new customers and engage recently acquired customers

  • Make decisions and recommendations based on analytics

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency


Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of experience in business, particularly in digital marketing

  • Strong familiarity with the current state of digital marketing, with ability to provide insight on future digital marketing opportunities

  • Exemplary communication and presentation skills, with ability to partner effectively and influence key decisions across various levels of the organization

  • Exceptional interpersonal, relationship, and influence management skills that allow for close partnerships with many different constituents, internal and external

  • Partner-oriented mindset with ability to make strategic recommendations that deliver mutually beneficial outcomes for Citi and our partners

  • Comfortable in ambiguous situations, self-starter and self-learner

  • Comfortable operating in a highly matrixed, complex environment

  • Strong sense of accountability and decisiveness in a strong work ethic culture

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, energetic, positive, resourceful, and proactive


Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$114,720.00 - $172,080.00
