Citibank, N.A. seeks a Customer Remediation Analytics Senior Lead for its Wilmington, DE location.

Duties: Utilize knowledge of data processing, financial service products, and processes to support Customer Remediation data requests and lead data analysis to identify populations impacted by system or processing issues. Assist in developing standards, procedures, and core competencies to establish an end-to-end process for all data requests. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to optimize the data process to ensure complete, accurate, timely, and consistent responses. Proactively identify data quality issues and work with partners in Risk and Control functions to ensure appropriate actioning, thus reducing risk exposure. Partner with Business Management and Operational Risk and Control to understand data requirements for Customer Remediation issues, define data specifications, define data extraction plan, and determine appropriate data quality control checks and analytics. Apply understanding of U.S. Personal Banking business processes, data systems, data flows, as well as knowledge of regulatory policies and standards to support all activities for data requests and customer remediations. Drive research and exploratory data analysis, collaborate with other data professionals to extract QC, clean, and validate data and create reports, and support development of documentation standards and procedures of all key data tasks. Responsible for ensuring consistent and complete documentation of key data activities for each data request. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Systems, or a related field, and six (6) years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Six (6) years of experience must include: Handling data from relational databases and utilizing programming languages and data visualization tools (SAS/SQL, Python, Teradata, and Tableau);Creating and analyzing large complex datasets with the ability to identify, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns; Database management and optimization, data modeling, developing insightful dashboards, and identifying and defining necessary technical and business requirements to deploy solutions and enhancements; Working with complex and variable issues with limited/incomplete data references to assess final data output; Programming by ensuring database is designed effectively and adheres to the overall architecture blueprint, leading to cleansed data and insightful dashboards, by leveraging Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server; Partnering to understand data requirements for issues, defining data specifications and data extraction plan (approach, tasks, timeline), and determining appropriate data quality control checks and analytics; Accurately documenting process steps using waterfall methodology, data source systems used, applicable data flows, and information collection and verification artifacts in support of final data output results; and Supporting the development of documentation standards and procedures of all key data tasks (extraction, collection, processing, cleaning, quality controls, and validation) and presenting status updates, issues, challenges, risks, and solutions to senior management, stakeholders, and partners. 40 hrs./wk.
