AVP, Consumer Product Sales Sr Analyst (Hybrid)

The AVP, Consumer Product Sales Sr Analyst is critical role for the Rewards product team, supporting efforts in building an effective product strategy, exploring potential innovation opportunities, and building the infrastructure for portfolio monitoring. The person in this role will be exposed to all aspects of Cards product management, including acquisitions, existing customer management, marketing, card benefits tracking & analytics, finance and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Benefit Tracking and Optimization: Partner with analytics and finance on annual planning & the disciplined tracking & reforecast of benefit utilization, expense, and impact on customer engagement. This includes the understanding of benefit usage on spend levels, attrition, and Citi Travel engagement.

• Manage the FYF (Full Year forecast) expense tracking of the Rewards portfolio Marketing and Non-marketing budget, to identify opportunities, risks and evaluate best ways to use these resources.

• Product Innovation: Explore, evaluate, and provide recommendations on product benefits and servicing to ensure the product benefits & delivery, meet customer expectations.

• Competitive Research: Track ever-evolving Fee competitive landscape and build point of views on various aspect of product (including offer strategy, pricing, value proposition, marketing investment) to stay competitive.

• Customer Experience: Partner closely with CX, Customer Service & Citi Travel teams through product specific forums, call monitoring and NPS/ J.D. Power survey reviews, to quickly identify and address customer pain points, understand their needs and opportunities in communication, process optimization or other areas of improvement.

• Control: Support the identification and resolution of issues to ensure an effective control environment

Qualifications:

• Role located in 1000 North West Street, Wilmington DE

• Bachelor's degree required

• 5+ years of work experience

• Excellent communication and presentation skills

• Strong quantitative abilities and analytical skills, particularly with identifying insights from data

• Creative and has a customer first mindset

• Influencing skills with ability to work across multiple teams and functions to align and deliver against the team’s business objectives
