We are looking for a great staff member to one of our Trustee team. Trustee is a part of the Markets and Securities Services. The role of the Trustee is to supervise the activities of a collective investment or pension fund, ensuring that the fund acts in accordance with legal regulations and the legal status of the entity.

On your typical day you will be mostly responsible for:

• You will have opportunity to learn aboutSecurities Services processes, products, business connections and relations between teams/divisions necessary to complete daily tasks.
• You will be responsible for Processing payments resulting Fund operational activity
• Verifying various data received from external vendors such in respect of their correctness and completeness
• Cooperation and maintaining excellent relationships with internal and external teams
• Working closely with Citi Clients – powerful financial institutions
• In addition your diligence would be appreciated in identifying and reporting of any gaps and risks in a process.

• Participation in preparations for internal and external audits
• Active engagement in improvement initiatives, procedures updates and systems enhancements .

Is it you we’re looking for?

• Self-motivated, client-focused and detail-oriented individuals with great communication skills – good English is a must,
• Experienced capital markets professionals - minimum 2 years experience in financial services working with various financial instruments, investment funds, account maintenance,
• Good team players with proven track record of delivering results
• Be able to work efficiently under time pressure and flexible in terms of working hours. 
• Computer skills; MS Office environment knowledge
