Team/Role Overview

The primary objective of this individual is to lead and support Citi’s Enterprise Resilience program across all business lines and functions within the country and ensure invocation readiness. The successful candidate will be part of a Europe Cluster team of 12 ream members that oversee the execution of the Enterprise Resilience Program at a country or multiple country level. The candidate  will work closely with the Global CoB teams and local Country Management. The position requires a candidate with general management skills, leadership abilities, who can manage and lead a variety of activities in parallel. The candidate must be able to form trusting relationships with senior executives and influence across Citi’s various Sectors and Clusters.

What you’ll do:

  • Ensure Continuity of Business (CoB) Plan Maintenance; annually, review, update and obtain approval for the Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Business Recovery Plans (BRP) and Crisis Management (CMP) plans per Enterprise Resilience Policy mandated compliance dates

  • Make sure Country is in full compliance with Citi’s Enterprise Resilience Policy & Standards and Citi meets all local regulatory CoB requirements

  • Coordinate Denial of Service, Denial of Access and Call Tree tests and ensure compliance adherence for all organizations and ensure results are approved and uploaded in the corporate CoB tool set

  • Establish, Maintain, and Develop a strong relationship with the country business lines, Business Recovery Coordinators and Business Unit Heads to ensure business adherence to all Citi and local regulatory CoB based policies and standards by providing disciplined CoB relationship management and subject matter expertise

  • Crisis Management:  Country Implementation of CSIS and CoB Crisis Management Standards, Pandemic Coordinator responsible for delivering all requirements as outlined in the CoB Pandemic Operating Plan (POP). Responsible for ensuring the ECCMP / Country Level Crisis Management Plan is complete, compliant, and maintained according to CoB/OEM Crisis Management Standards. Proactively respond to and manage crisis events impacting the Country, invoke the Crisis Management team as needed. Manage Crisis Management exercises

  • Support the rollout of a new Enterprise Resilience tool – Fusion in partnership with a peer team.

  • Establish and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders in TTS Products to drive business and technology strategies to ensure resilient business services and processes

What we’ll need from you:

  • 5+years of relevant work experience

  • Business Continuity and audit / compliance / controls experience is desirable

  • Good level of understanding of the core BCM disciplines, BCI or other BCM certification is a plus

  • Ability to interface and coordinate work efficiently and effectively with business partners at all levels of the organization

  • Demonstrable experience of building and sustaining productive business focused relationships

  • Individual contributor with the ability to work effectively in a team of diverse skill sets and cultures in a large, global corporate environment

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, including the ability to analyze situations, identify existing or potential problems, and recommend sound conclusions. Strong analytical
