Controlling of Transaction and Independent Price Verification Manager
The Market Control & BMK Rates Team is a part of Product Control Unit in Finance Department. The Team is responsible for controlling of Treasury Dept. activities in term of market conditions for all concluded transactions and their valuation in the Book, considering correctness of pricing from valuation model perspective. We work closely across Benchmarks Regulations and controlling with main focus on Wibor process and Fallback Plan.
The Controlling of Transaction and Independent Price Verification Manager is responsible for managing all above activities, ensuring the completeness, accuracy, integrity and risk control for all processes.
Managing of team and set up processes in order to get the best effectiveness, quality and controlling , taking into account all Policies requirement and Regulatory Rules.

Work closely with all areas of the Finance department, liaising with the Business, Risk Management, Operations and IT teams
Responsibilities:
Managing of all processes in the Team, taking into account all environment changes from processes perspective in order to create the highest quality of final results
Building the right team set up to match qualification of people from their skills and knowledge perspective
Managing of all risks in order to meet correctness with Regulatory rules and Local Policies requirements
Engagement people from their development perspective and help in building career path
Coordination of BMK/BMR processes to meet BMR and GPW Benchmark Regulation
Managing of the following complex processes: IPV, Wibor /SKM control, CRR regulation (AVA adjustments and Prudent Valuation), Rate Reasonability, FV adjustments, Revaluation Processes, Market Data, Model and monitoring management.
Coordination and Leading the following monthly meetings: Wibor/SKM, Monthly Treasury Meetings and Pricing Memo
Planning, Coordinating and Supporting standardization efforts and also working on projects to implement process improvement ideas
Use effective escalation to ensure issues are highlighted in a timely manner. Focus on recurring issues and drive through enhancement projects and systems fixes. Escalate all identified risk/issue to your direct manager and take proper action to resolve them
Qualifications:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in Finance, preferably PC (similar role)
University degree in Economics is an advantage but not a must and we are open to other majors
Responsibility for people and processes
Skills in managing of people, processes and people
Good Verbal and written English and Polish
Strong analytical and communication skills
Control and risk managing
