Compensation Senior Analyst

Team/role overview:
The Compensation Senior Project Analyst will join the global Partnership Advisory Execution Team within HR Compensation function. This is a seasoned professional role for the candidate with highly developed communication and diplomacy skills who can bring the relevant expertise in ideally at least 2 of the following areas: Compensation, Accounting, Finance and HRIS.
What you'll do:
Supports applicable businesses in operational areas of compensation including, but not limited to, offer consultation, the mid-year and year-end planning cycles, system administration and testing, market data, job leveling process, salary structures support, FLSA, reporting, reconciliation, and other compensation analytics.
Delivers on compensation based operational analysis tasks and support for key compensation processes for the US and other regions/countries
May conduct Job evaluation and matching using a global job framework to appropriately level jobs; assists regional teams with job framework/description maintenance and coordinates process with HR and business managers
Administers the implementation of new and/or adjusted compensation policies.
Participates in system user acceptance testing to ensure expected outcomes with functionality
Mentors junior teammates across Compensation, as assigned
Assist with compensation projects requiring analysis of factors that cross organizational lines and impact multiple organizational units on a global basis.
Lead the global market data process for the entire firm by leading or assisting with following activities: tool design and administration, annual process coordination, market analytics and market intelligence. Project manage any market data related projects.
Assists with vendor management including managing and maintaining internal compliance-related activities.
What we'll need from you:
5-8 years' relevant experience in Compensation / Accounting / Finance / HRIS.
Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel
Excellent negotiation and diplomacy skills
Analytical mindset
Able to meet deadlines while dealing with multiple priorities.
Demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Fluent English
Education:
Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
