Business Analysts - Program Management Support
The Risk Workflow Solutions Team is focused on delivering application created using low-code platform which will be used across the whole RISK organization and will cover model data management, workflows, controls and corresponding processes. The successful candidate will work with senior stakeholders across the RISK business and with compliance, finance, technology, program management functions and with geographically distributed global teams.
The candidate should know low-code BPM platforms like Appian or SharePoint. It is an excellent opportunity for developers who are open to learning new technologies and are looking for a career switch.
Responsibilities:
- Develop applications using low-code BPM platforms
- Monitor and control all phases of development process and analysis, design, construction, testing, and implementation as well as provide user and operational support on applications to business users
- Work on real time projects and POC's involving
- Utilize knowledge of applications development procedures and concepts, and basic knowledge of other technical areas to identify and define necessary system enhancements
- Identify and analyze issues, make recommendations, and implement solutions
- Conduct testing and debugging, utilize script tools, and write basic code for design specifications
- Assess applicability of similar experiences and evaluate options under circumstances not covered by procedures
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of IT programming experience.
- Good hands-on knowledge of at least one programming language (Python, Dot Net, Java, etc.) .
- Experience in building RDBMS and SQL queries.
- Experience with Webservices, BPM and Agile framework.
- Experience in programming/debugging used in business applications.
- Working knowledge of industry practice and standards.
- Comprehensive knowledge of specific business area for application development.
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, related discipline or the equivalent in demonstrable work experience
