Responsibilities

The Transformation Quality Control Compliance AVP will be part of the Compliance Transformation Lead team, which sits withintheOfficeoftheChiefOperatingOfficer(“COO”)andprovidesfirst-linechallenge,advisorysupport, and oversight over specific Citi regulatory remediation and cross-company programs related to Citi’s Transformation.

This role will support a Program Senior Group Manager under theCompliance Transformation Lead, who is responsible for the independent challenge, evaluation, and Quality Control (“QC”) of the scope, design, andexecutionofspecificregulatorycommitments,whichwillenablesuccessfulexecutionanddelivery,as well as both reduce risk and demonstrate improved organizational controls.

Specifically,thesuccessfulcandidatewilldriveeffectivedeliveryofthespecificregulatoryremediation plans by helping ensure that the work delivered meets the spirit and requirements of the applicable commitments, providing best practices and collaborative solutions for cross-transformation program engagement, and facilitating timely and accurate reporting, both internal and external.

KeyResponsibilities:

PerformQCreviewofstakeholder-delivereddocumentation(including,butnotlimitedto, scoping documents), focusing on the quality of the execution output and providing confidencethatrequirementsarefulfilledforspecificcontrolsbeforetheexecutionofthe underlying transaction or process.

Assistwiththeplanning,direction,execution,andmonitoringofdailyQCactivities, assessing potential remediation design, implementation, and sustainability.

Coordinatewithkeystakeholderstoensurethattheprovideddocumentationissufficientto meet process requirements.

Manageandmaintainsrecordkeepingdocumentationtoensureanaudit-ready environment.

Maintainand/orupdateapplicablelogsand/ordatabasestoreflectapproveddecisions, and/or status changes.

SupportthepreparationandmaintenanceofprogressandstatusreportsforQC.

Driveadherencetoprogramprocesses,procedures,methods,andstandards.

Supportstakeholdersasgovernanceand/orprocesssubject-matter-experts.

Leadtheidentificationandresolutionofrisksandissues.

Escalaterisk/concernstoseniorstakeholdersandComplianceTransformationLeadteam, when appropriate.

Additionaldutiesasassigned.

Qualifications:

4+ years of experience, preferably in either transformation or Audit, Risk & Controls, Regulatory, Compliance orConsultingrolesinfinancialservices.

Demonstratedabilitytothinkstrategicallyandanalytically,tocreativelyproblemsolveand combine a big-picture perspective with attention to detail.

Well-developedlisteningskillsandastrongabilitytoengagewithcolleaguesatalllevels.

Articulateandeffectivecommunicator,bothorallyandinwriting

Stronginterpersonalskillswithabilitytoinfluenceandnegotiatewithstakeholders, including a proactive and 'no surprises' approach in communicating issues/requests/escalation.

Knowledgeofprocessesandcontrols,internalauditandregulatoryvalidationofrisk management capabilities and experience preferred along with a strong business understanding of the Citi products and services.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$79,120.00 - $118,680.00
