Reporting Design & Process Lead -Vice President
The Reporting Design & Process Lead develops reporting solutions and frameworks, and identifies process improvement and simplification opportunities against our management and business intelligence reporting, and partners closely with Core Operations to leverage this reporting in identifying focus areas, reduce risking and improving the health of the organization.
Responsibilities:
Design reporting frameworks to support operational teams in managing business volumes and senior leadership in understanding the health of the organization
Develop reporting solutions using dashboard visualization tools including Tableau to represent key metrics and trends to enable proactive decision making
Analyze and review current reporting inventory and procedures to identify and execute process improvement, simplification and automation opportunities
Assess and standardize reporting solutions used across operational teams by consolidating current reporting with newly developed solutions to ensure relevancy and continuous value-add
Implement a robust controls framework for management and operational reporting to ensure the highest data quality, accuracy of reporting and audit / regulatory readiness
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience with designing and producing business intelligence reporting and analytics
Proficiency in Tableau and other data visualization tools such as PowerBI and Qlikview
Process improvement / re-engineering experience
Strong relationship management skills and comfort with engaging senior stakeholders
Excellent analytical ability to understand business and operational processes
Ability to manage simultaneous deliverables with a strong attention to detail in a fast-paced and high-stress environment

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$103,920.00 - $155,880.00
