Job Summary:
The Technical Project Strategy Maestro is a dynamic and multifaceted role responsible for bridging the gap between business analysis and project management. This individual will lead and coordinate strategic initiatives, bringing together analytical skills and project execution expertise to ensure that projects align with the organization's overall goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
- Plan, execute, and oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including defining project scope, objectives, and key deliverables.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Business Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and revenue growth.
- Analyze data and market trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Strategic Alignment:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure that projects align with the organization's strategic goals and objectives.
- Develop and maintain a strategic project portfolio that supports the company's vision.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between project teams, stakeholders, and relevant departments.
- Ensure that projects are well-integrated with existing business processes.
Performance Measurement:
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and continuously monitor progress.
- Prepare and present regular reports to management on project status, performance, and strategic alignment.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring that team members are aligned with project goals and priorities.
- Provide guidance and coaching to project team members as needed.
Project Types:
Regulatory, Audit, and Risk Remediation Projects:
- Lead and manage projects designed to address regulatory requirements, internal/external audit findings, and risk remediation efforts. Ensure alignment with compliance standards and timely resolution of findings.
- Collaborate with legal, risk, and compliance teams to design and implement remediation plans that address vulnerabilities and improve organizational risk posture.
Cyber Security Initiatives:
- Drive cybersecurity-related projects aimed at enhancing organizational security, including implementing security frameworks, addressing vulnerabilities, and strengthening data protection and privacy measures.
- Work closely with IT security teams to develop and maintain security protocols that support regulatory requirements and business needs.
Technology Infrastructure and Enterprise Resilience Projects:
- Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of technology infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with business continuity and disaster recovery objectives.
- Manage initiatives to enhance enterprise resilience, ensuring systems, applications, and infrastructure can withstand operational disruptions and recover quickly.
Transformation and Organizational Change Management:
- Lead large-scale transformation projects, including technology upgrades, organizational restructuring, and change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and stakeholder alignment.
- Implement best practices in change management to mitigate resistance, enhance employee engagement, and ensure the successful adoption of new processes or systems.
Process Improvement Initiatives:
- Manage process improvement efforts aimed at streamlining operations and increasing efficiency, with a focus on cybersecurity, infrastructure, and resilience-related processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies, recommend solutions, and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management and business analysis roles, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is preferred.
- Proficiency in project management and data analysis tools.
