The Citi Program Management Council (CPMC) is responsible for setting the strategic direction of Program and Project Management Governance at Citi through the establishment of, and monitoring compliance to, the Citi Program and Project Management Policy and Standard.  The CPMC Governance & Standards pillar establishes and defines minimum requirements for the Citi Program and Project Management Policy and Standards.  The task force assesses adequacy of, authors, and monitors adherence and compliance to the PM Policy, Standards and Procedures.

The Learning Development Reporting and Business Analyst will hold the following responsibilities:

The Learning Development Reporting and Business Analyst will be part of the CPMC Capabilities Team. The team is responsible for sustaining program/project management and business analysis core competencies across Citi through initiatives focused on training, awareness, and knowledge sharing opportunities.

In the role you will:

Description

  • Develop and validate scenario check reports by:
    • collaborating with internal team to gather data and define scenario objectives.
    • evaluating inputs, assumptions, methodologies and outcomes to ensure scenario reports meet requirements/standards and expected outcomes.
    • identify gaps, inconsistencies, or risks in scenario analysis and propose corrective actions.
    • create comprehensive documentation, including validation checklists, findings, and recommendations.
  • Work with internal team and technology to support existing automation, analytics and reporting capabilities efforts and provide general initiative support.
  • Conduct in-depth analyses, document requirements, develop solutions, drive and track end-to-end execution for projects of varied size and timelines.
  • Identify and recommend process improvement opportunities to streamline, enhance and automate existing processes and procedures.
  • Responsible for self-quality checks and peer-quality reviews, to ensure a zero-defect report.
  • Produce reports and provide coverage to the reporting team when needed. These reports are produced, as part of tight coordination and collaboration with the team, following steps in the “Process Control Manual” with a combination of automated and manual steps.
  • Provide day-to-day operational support including responding to questions posted to various channels.
  • Develop relationships with CPMC personnel, taskforces and technology team.  
  • Support development of senior management and working group presentations and communications.
  • Support Internal Audit and Control Team requests.
  • Performs other duties and functions as assigned.
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience in the Financial Service Industry including 3+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, scenario reporting, or Learning and Development Program Management. 
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking and reporting skills; with focus on quality and automation to reduce errors and increase efficiency.
  • Advanced MS Excel user who is well versed in: V-lookups and advanced formulas, pivot tables, macros, data structuring, and other data analytics and reporting tools.
  • Highly motivated, proactive and self-starter; strong senses of ownership and ability to create and execute plans without daily oversight.
  • Must be flexible and have experience working in a fast pace & high-pressure environment; managing multiple deliverables at once and can pivot as priorities change.
  • Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with evidence of working in collaboration across large organizations, including a proactive and 'no surprises' approach in communicating issues/requests.
  • Adherence to a strong risk culture, including change management discipline, standardization of processes, and rigorous documentation.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications: Word, PowerPoint, One Note, Teams, SharePoint experience required.
  • Experience in working in a virtual team.
  • Familiar with Citi Learning Platform tools (e.g., LMS, domiKnow, Questionmark, Brainshark), a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$79,120.00 - $118,680.00
