Director, DCRM Technology IT Project Sr Group Manager
The Technology organization is looking for an Director, Technology IT Project Sr Group Managerto expand and lead the team responsible for the creating and executing of the data quality operating model and framework for the strategic Olympus Data Fabric initiative. The role will also include leadership across Exception Management Central (XMC), which is a business intelligence framework across regulatory, securities, institutional account and entity, end of day and historical pricing, corporate actions, and client onboarding activities reference data providing metrics, dashboards, exceptions, and reconciliations measuring completeness, validity, consistency, timeliness, and accuracy while facilitating data correction, quality measures, and exception resolution. In addition, the role will drive the maturation of the data quality scorecarding across reference data *MC platforms for identified improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Execution of validity rules across CDEs based on prioritized products and deliverables against CO commitments in phased approach.
Creation of data quality framework to support real time, intra-day and end of day checks against Olympus transactional data.
Expansion of exception management framework including robust processes and governance to effectively manage data quality issues including identification of proper owner(s).
Ensuring accountability of right parties, including upstream and downstream dependencies, to remediate issues.
Managing a team of data analysts involved in Data Quality initiatives spanning ICG and global functions.
Directing the efforts of business/data analysts involved in translating business requirements into applicable/detailed Data Quality standards and rules across front, middle, and back office transactions.
Creating and executing against strategic roadmap in support of XMC ticketing solution for Loan Operations.
Drive SMC delivery to enable improved efficiencies and queue management for Loan Ops.
Ensuring team delivery related to complete and timely implementation of DQ rules and metrics.
Enhancing Data Quality process automation, governance, and reporting.
Qualifications:
15+ years' experience in a related technology role with commensurate people management experience.
15+ years in Financial Services Technology is expected for this position.
5+ years DCRM experience
Extensive experience with data governance standards, operating models and risk & control frameworks
Must have regulatory and financial reports such as CCAR experienceExpertise leading large scale enterprise-wide initiatives with a clear track record of success.
Expertise presenting & socializing with Senior Management across Business & Technology.
Experience with financial products, specifically Capital Markets & Investment Banking, Commercial Loans and Secondary Traded Loans.
Demonstrated leadership, management, and development skills
Functional and technical experience in Capital Markets Technology across Front Office, Middle Office, Operations, Risk & Finance
Data and results oriented, with excellent attention to detail, and proven analytical skills.
Solid relationship building skills with track record of results.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be able to effectively communicate with management and employees across business units.
Proven track record of delivery across multiple Programs involving process change and technology enhancements.
Proven stakeholder management and team leadership skills
Strong sense of urgency and ability to manage competing priorities while delivering results quickly and efficiently.
Expertise with Data Reconciliations & Control processes preferred.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
PMP Certification beneficial

$170,000.00 - $300,000.00
