Regulatory Execution Lead Analyst, Enterprise Workforce Management, SVP (Fixed Term Position)
This is a fixed term assignment expected to conclude in December 2026 or upon successful completion of assigned duties.
Enterprise Workforce Management (EWM) is a growing capability that equips leaders and managers with the tools, standards, and guidance they need to support Citi’s organizational health and resource management.
As the Regulatory Execution Analyst, you’ll play a key role in helping the business make smart decisions about staff, organizational design, and resource planning. The role is ideal for someone who’s comfortable with navigating complexity, can communicate clearly at all levels, and is interested in complex problem solving.
Responsibilities:
- Drive regulatory issue management:
- Lead regulatory issue scoping, inclusive of corrective action mapping, risk reduction and solution description, and review of key controls and One Time Remediation (OTR), to ensure risks and root causes are being sufficiently addressed
- Lead regulatory issue and risk reduction progress monitoring to verify corrective actions are being executed as planned and that concerns are being timely and effectively addressed
- Lead regulatory issue closure, including overseeing artifact uploads and obtaining required approvals, and coordination during validation period
- Draft clear and concise closure summaries to ensure there is clear linkage between what each EWM program deliverable and its contribution to the mapped regulatory issue
- Represent EWM achievements and respond to Quality Assurance, Internal Audit, and Regulator questions
- Leverage a firm understanding of the business and HR needs and priorities into execution of workforce management/human capital strategy globally
- Draft monthly and quarterly progress updates to management, the Board, and Regulators
- Lead projects from start to finish- bringing new ideas, frameworks and insights to help solve problems.
- Appropriately assesses risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel
- Self-motivated and detail oriented
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred; managerial experience

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$119,680.00 - $179,520.00
