Officer, Client Reporting Analyst (Citi Private Bank)

Job Description:

The successful candidate will provide day-to-day operations support for the coordination, processing and reconciliation of Citi Private Bank client’s demographic and financial information. He/ she will investigate and resolve problems related to Data Quality. As the Subject Matter Expert, the individual will also participate in projects and provide consultative support to other teams within the bank.

• Inspect, reconcile and analyze complex financial data using SQL.
• Investigate report and resolve system, data and operational issues.
• Interact with Vendors, Technology support and Global Operations counterparts from various countries.
• Provide subject matter expertise in production issue resolution, process improvement initiatives and project implementation.
• Initiate, drive and execute small to medium-scale projects within the department.
• Establish and document business requirements for system enhancements.
• Test system fixes or enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Degree from a reputable university, preferably in Finance or IT
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Experience in MS Excel and SQL
• Working experience in an operational environment will be an advantage

Education:

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
