We are seeking a Product Analyst based in Singapore to join the Global Insurance Team. The successful candidate will play a key role in the end-to-end management of our insurance business, with a primary focus on driving digital campaign strategies and enhancing the marketing performance of our life and general insurance products. This role will involve close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders and insurance providers, ensuring timely delivery of partner commitments and compelling client value propositions. This position is critical to our business operations and requires adherence to internal controls, local privacy laws, and regulations. In addition to core digital marketing responsibilities, this role will also include business-as-usual (BAU) tasks related to technology projects and insurance advisor processes.
Responsibilities:
- Product Management: Responsible in assisting in preparation for new product onboarding including approvals from global stakeholders.
- Digital Campaign Management: Lead the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns for life and general insurance products, leveraging data-driven insights to optimize campaign performance and achieve business objectives.
- Product Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement product marketing strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and sales of insurance products across various digital channels.
- Market Analysis & Research: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform product development and marketing strategies.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including insurance partners, technology teams, and marketing agencies, to ensure alignment and successful campaign execution.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital campaigns and product performance, providing regular reports and insights to management.
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all marketing activities comply with internal policies, local privacy laws, and relevant regulations.
- Product Innovation: Contribute to the product innovation roadmap by identifying market trends and customer needs, proposing new product features and enhancements.
- Technology Project Stakeholder: Serve as the business stakeholder for technology projects related to insurance products and marketing platforms, providing requirements and ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Insurance Advisor Process Administration: Support the administration of insurance advisor processes, including onboarding, training, and performance management, as needed.
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of relevant experience in digital marketing and campaign management, specifically within the insurance industry.
- Demonstrated experience with both life insurance and general insurance products.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful digital campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with global teams and navigating a large-scale organization.
- Ability to work under pressure and excellent project management and organizational skills with the capability to handle multiple projects at one time
- Must be a self-starter, flexible, innovative and adaptive
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Knowledge of compliance laws, rules, regulations, and privacy risks in the insurance sector.
- Experience with project management methodologies.
