In this role, you’re expected to:

You will bring a desire to be a part of a high energy, fast-paced skilled team of marketers that have a passion for creating meaningful connections between clients and the Citi brand. You have a strong understanding across marketing capabilities and practices.

You will bring a natural digital curiosity with in-depth awareness and passion for learning the Treasury and Trade Solutions business, client trends/personas and the evolving landscape of the industry.

  • The resources will be assisting the marketing team across key ANA and AS TTS Clusters:
  • Support the execution of the global marketing campaigns strategy in the clusters in partnership with product heads/teams and global marketing colleagues.
  • Develop the client narratives/stories for both strategic and tactical priorities in partnership with cluster and global teams.
  • Develop and execute the marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, events and digital.
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze results to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are executed effectively and on schedule.
  • Manage budgets and resources (virtual) efficiently to maximize campaign effectiveness.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators to management/stakeholders.
  • Own the TTS APAC country event marketing schedules, maintaining a strong working relationship with country sales heads and management for forward planners, client segmentation.
  • Own social governance with the global marketing team, provide best practices, templates, communications and more
  • Adhere to the Banks Communications policy, TTS Communications Policy
  • Support to strengthen the brand position for TTS with awards, thought leadership content, development of client case studies in collaboration with sales, marketing and product partners.
  • Champion the SEISMIC rollout for Marketing – CMS.
  • Management of vendors, suppliers and agencies from briefing to fulfilment and invoicing.

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

  • Previous experience of handling similar roles
  • 5-7 years’ experience in digital marketing / social media marketing at a B2C or B2B brand.
  • Experience managing highly visible client engagement channels – events strategy.
  • Proven expertise as a cross-functional leader
  • Deep working knowledge of social media best practices and proven experience executing campaigns across LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google, etc
  • Experience writing creative and compelling copy with examples to show
  • Passionate about digital technologies and platforms
  • Self-motivated with strong team player disposition with an ability to develop effective working relationships across the organization and externally with vendors
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Professional communication both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize responsibilities.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills  
  • Transaction Banking, Payments environment and/or Mar Tech will be desirable
  • Ability to think strategically and handle end-to-end execution.
  • Candidates with communication experience from PR agencies or non-banking field are welcome to apply.

Education:

  • Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience
