FX Senior Analyst - AVP

The FX Sr Analyst is an AVP position responsible for processing FX transactions originating from trading desks. The overall objective of this role is to process the FX transactions for all FX products, including foreign investors transactions ( 4373) and AML knowledge.

Responsibilities:

This FX Senior analyst will be  responsible for: Provide analytical and technical support to Front Office Sales and main internal stakeholders specifically around FX editing flow; Ensure timely FX editing/registering   meeting SLAs , External and internal policies ; Processing all steps of FX as a Checker ensuring the smooth running of transactions.  Close interaction with the business to identify opportunities in terms of customer experience and operational flow improvements; Minimize bank risk, and provide solutions to reduce errors, and ensure adherence to audit and control policies; Escalate in a timely manner and resolve all requests / inquiries / issues / errors and identify policy gaps and formulate policies to streamline processes; Provide informal guidance and/or on-the-job-training to new team members; Keep all internal FX sanctions screening procedure manuals up to date; Ensure timely MCA/QAP deliverables meeting SLAs.

  Qualifications:

• 5-8 years of relevant experience

• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills

• Fluency in English

• Strong FX regulation knowledge, including 4373 Foreign investors transaction.

• Knowledge in Project Management

• Knowledge in AML processing and Sanctions screening for FX transactions

• Control oriented

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience
