Program Mgmt Intmd Analyst
The Program Mgmt Intmd Analyst is a developing professional role. Deals with most problems independently and has some latitude to solve complex problems. Integrates in-depth specialty area knowledge with a solid understanding of industry standards and practices. Good understanding of how the team and area integrate with others in accomplishing the objectives of the subfunction/ job family. Applies analytical thinking and knowledge of data analysis tools and methodologies. Requires attention to detail when making judgments and recommendations based on the analysis of factual information. Typically deals with variable issues with potentially broader business impact. Applies professional judgment when interpreting data and results. Breaks down information in a systematic and communicable manner. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required in order to exchange potentially complex/sensitive information. Moderate but direct impact through close contact with the businesses' core activities. Quality and timeliness of service provided will affect the effectiveness of own team and other closely related teams. Will assist in managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor project progress, and contribute to process improvements
Responsibilities:
- Supports planning, directing and coordination of day-to-day activities of running a program or portfolio of programs.
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring financial services projects to ensure successful delivery.
- Support project documentation, including project plans, timelines, and status reports.
- Coordinate communication between stakeholders, including internal teams and external clients.
- Track project progress, identify potential risks, and assist in implementing mitigation strategies.
- Work closely with senior project managers to align project goals with business objectives.
- Assist in resource allocation and scheduling to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Support the implementation of project management best practices and methodologies.
- Conduct research and data analysis to support decision-making and process improvements.
- Participate in project meetings, take notes, and follow up on action items.
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.) is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools (JIRA, Trello, Asana, etc.).
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the financial services industry.

- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$62,620.00 - $87,380.00
