SVP (C14) Global Regulatory Remediation Execution Lead Analyst
The Regulatory Reporting role is a senior management position within the Controllers Organization that will report up through the Global Head of Regulatory and Capital Reporting. The individual will support and execute remediation of critical gaps in regulatory reporting and bolster the team’s ability to meet regulatory commitments to various constituencies (local regulators, U.S. Federal Reserve, OCC, etc.) based on applicable requirements such as U.S. Regulatory and local regulatory reporting rules and instructions. The position will have a high level of visibility within the organization with opportunities to work directly with Executive Management and will interact very closely with other Finance and non-Finance functions throughout Citi, including the Businesses, Risk, Treasury, as well as Enterprise Technology, & Operations.
Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of critical deliverables tied to Regulatory Reporting Remediation Commitments and inter-dependencies are defined and managed.
- Assess the direct implications of new issues, determine their prioritization, remediation, manage the cohesive remediation planning, implementation and impact of remediation.
- Support and substantiate the development of the BCBS 239 Compliance process.
- Monitor and manage key metrics associated with reports to identify challenges and issues. Support the implementation of processes and controls to mitigate the risk of inaccurate reporting.
- Manage process improvement efforts to enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and transparency of the regulatory reporting process.
- Partner with Risk & Controls team to maintain and enhance an effective internal control’s structure. Direct the team to drive process improvements to enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and transparency of the regulatory reporting process.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of extensive experience within the financial services industry and regulatory reporting.
- In-depth knowledge of U.S. regulatory reports such as those mentioned above
- Able to navigate through a large organization to streamline and summarize multiple information points and create repeatable processes to build consistency in presenting information.
- Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with ability to synthesize complex concepts, and influence change.
- Strong technical problem-solving skills and an ability to identify conflicts, discrepancies and other issues and bring together the right team to solution them.
- Strategic mindset, ability to plan ahead to future possibilities and translate them into breakthrough strategies.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and tasks in a complex and dynamic and work well as part of a team.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- Master’s degree preferred

$163,600.00 - $245,400.00
