This role is within the Smart Solutions team, which is integral to significant enhancement and transformation of processes and systems for a more sustainable operating model while also contributing on mission critical quick wins. The team deploys in-depth analysis, business process re-engineering, problem solving,  digitalization and technology program. The VP role will be critical to managing several business processes within the team that facilitate on-time, accurate, and complete Workflow and Business Intelligence solutions for the business. 

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the change management processes for configuration changes in various smart solution tools in an SDLC-compliant manner
  • Engage with stakeholders and SMEs to assess necessary configuration enhancements through collaboration with business and technology partners
  • Acts as a technical expert who can advise stakeholders on the most appropriate solutions for their needs
  • Coordinate and/or perform the necessary system configurations to support the business needs, and manage the implementation process including UAT testing
  • For stakeholders seeking to onboard new use cases, support the assessment process by conducting current state analysis and creating process models of in-scope processes
  • Apply creative thinking to resolve issues and complete required analysis 
  • Follow “test and learn” experimentation and innovation approach to solve core business and end user needs
  • Review use cases and drive implementation of strategic technology solutions, whether in-house build, vendor integration and AI capabilities

Qualifications:

  • 6-10+ years of relevant experience within the financial services industry is preferred, but a successful candidate can come from another industry
  • Project management / project coordination experience required
  • Some SDLC experience, such as involvement in requirements design / development / UAT / change management required
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to manage competing priorities in a complex and dynamic environment
  • Self-motivated with the ability to make decisions in the absence of detailed instructions

Preferred skills/experience:

  • Some Power User or experience developing solutions via ETL tools such as Alteryx/Knime, visualization tools such as Tableau, project management such as MS Project, and/or workflow tools
  • Some SDLC experience, such as involvement in requirements design / development / UAT / change management

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$129,840.00 - $194,760.00
