We are seeking an innovative and experienced Product Owner to lead the development, deployment and adoption of a best-in-class self-service analytics toolkit within the Wealth Management Organization. This role will oversee implementation of platforms like DataIKU, Tableau, and other self-service tools, ensuring they empower users across the organization to generate insights independently while maintaining enterprise governance and data integrity. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader who can define governance processes, drive user training and engagement, and stay ahead of trends in the self-service analytics space. The role will involve close collaboration with technology teams, data stewards, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and adoption of self-service capabilities. Responsibilities:
Platform Development and Management
Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for the self-service analytics toolkit, aligning with business objectives and analytics needs
Oversee the implementation, configuration, and optimization of tools such as DataIKU, Tableau and other emerging analytics platforms
Partner with technology teams to ensure robust infrastructure and seamless integration with enterprise data systems
Governance and Compliance
Partner with internal control partners to develop and enforce governance frameworks to establish and manage access controls, role -based permissions, and data usage policies across self-service platforms
User Enablement and Adoption
Design and deliver comprehensive training programs to onboard users and promote self-service analytics capabilities across the organization
Create documentation, best practices, and user guides to enhance use experience and drive adoption
Act as a champion for self-service analytics, regularly engaging with users to understand pain points and identify opportunities for improvement
Monitoring and Metrics
Define and track KPIs to measure adoption, usage, and impact of the self-service analytics toolkit
Use analytics to identify gaps in adoption and develop targeted initiatives to address them
Provide regular updates to senior leadership on platform performance and adoption progress
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Collaborate with technology teams, data stewards, and business stakeholders to prioritize self-service analytics solutions
Translate business requirements into technical specifications, ensuring alignment with user needs and technical feasibility
Work closely with data governance teams to ensure the integrity and security of data used in self-service tools
Market Trends and Innovation
Stay current on trends and advancement in the self-service analytics space, identifying new tools and approaches that could enhance capabilities
Evaluate and recommend innovative technologies and methodologies to ensure the organization remains at the fore-front of self-service analytics
Partner with vendors and industry peers to bring best-in-class thinking and solutions to the organization
Qualifications:
Extensive experience in analytics, data management, or product ownership roles, with atleast 5 years in a leadership positions
Deep understanding of self-service analytics tools, data visualization, and machine learning platforms and demonstrated success in implementing and scaling self-service analytics tools (e.g. Tableau, DataIKU or similar platforms)
Familiarity with enterprise data systems, data integration, and governance best practices
Experience in financial services or high regulated industries preferred
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and data compliance standards (e.g. GDPR, CCPA)
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of engaging technical and non-technical audiences
Strong organizational and problem solving skills with a focus on delivery results
Education:
Bachelors/University degree, Master’s degree preferred; managerial experience

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$170,000.00 - $300,000.00
