Oversee ticket and hospitality requests for all major Citi businesses in their relations with existing clients and in new client engagement and development across Citi Mexico and Latin America. Work in conjunction with the NAM and EMEA teams to support ticket requests in these regions and in APAC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ProcessallticketandhospitalityrequestsforbusinessesacrossCitiin Mexico and Latin America.

  • Assist in the processing of orders for NAM, EMEA and APAC when necessary.

  • Manageallcomponentsofticketlifecycle,includingtheapprovalprocessandriskcontrols.

  • Ensureandexecutecomplianceoffirm'spoliciesconcerninggovernance,compliance,audit,risk, and control.

  • Ensureadherencetogovernanceandbudgetaryguidelinesatalltimesthroughchecksonorders, meetingrequests,approvals,riskassessments,invoices,expensesetc.priortoprocessingand/or authorization.

  • WorkincloseliaisonwithallBusinessesandFunctionsacrossCitiandcorporateclientsandinvestors.

  • Ensureadherencetoallinformationsecuritypoliciesforvirtualplatformsandsolutions.

  • Maintaindataintegritywithintheticketmanagementplatform.

  • Supportad-hocprojects, eventsorpartnershipsas required.

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite andknowledgeofdatabasemanagement.

  • FluentinEnglish & Spanish (verbal& written) required.

  • LanguagesotherthanEnglish and Spanish is a plus.

Experience:

  • Developing professional in sports and event ticketing.

  • Understandingandexperience in event ticketing (especially mobile ticketing).

  • Goodknowledgeofdigitaleventproduction systems and trends.

  • Goodleveloftechnical/digitalability.

  • Strongexperienceinsourcing,contracting,and managing suppliers.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years relevant experience

  • Event Marketing or Hospitality Industry Experience in Financial Services/FinTech Event Marketing a plus

  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent time management skills to handle projects that have long and short lead times

  • Excellent relationship management skills with proven success in being people-focused

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills

  • Collaborative "team player" orientation with a strong regional cultural awareness

  • Advanced analytical, problem solving and reporting skills

  • Flexibility in work hours a must; work and travel is required while managing events including weekends and some holidays

  • Basic knowledge of major sports leagues, team and international marquee sports and entertainment events.


Education:

  • Bachelors/University degree or equivalent experience

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$78,320.00 - $109,280.00
