The Branch Channel Sales Support Lead Analyst is responsible for the formulation and implementation of long and short-term strategic plans and objectives to increase market share/penetration and maximize opportunities for growth throughout the marketplace. The Branch Channel Sales Support Lead Analyst provides product specialists with qualified referrals for cross-sell. Employees in this role also assist in closing deals across all products, oversee and ensure safe and sound underwriting/credit practices and overall leadership of a sound lending activity.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales behavior to ensure customer satisfaction and develop/enhance processes to ensure quality of delivery for products and services in conjunction with business leaders and partners
  • Lead discussions, analysis, adaption, and implementation of sales initiatives. Considerations: Banker functionality/ease of use, client facing design and function, interactions to other systems, and functionality and design aligning to business needs (including all business segments)
  • Monitor platforms to ensure adherence to compliance for security and regulatory requirements as well as improve liability position, risk control, and security
  • Assist sales function with product improvements, sales and advice tools, and development programs such as Sales Playbook and Book of Business
  • Drive success of sales practices
  • Reconfigure branch/sales processes to enable remote engagement with customers
  • Work with vendors and internal teams to achieve full integration of hardware, software, and services
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency
  • Interface with marketing, product, and business partners to develop implementation and execution strategies for business change initiatives, drive periods, offers and client outreach
  • Collaborate with Sales Directors to support and implementation of business sales and service initiatives
  • Raise concerns about proposed solutions from Technology, Product, or other business partners
  • Follow-up on sales related items that require feedback from end users, segment partners and other stakeholders
  • Synthesizing and presenting feedback from branch teams as well as Sales Management
  • Develop and maintain online sales and service resources to support US branch network including Citi Priority Resource Center; consolidate and streamline resources to provide optimal field experience


Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in sales support function, program management, and Salesforce programs required
  • Experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or Wealth Management industry preferred
  • Experience in Project Management, Project Management Office, or practices at a regional level in a financial institution preferred
  • Working knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
  • Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office applications, SharePoint, Gantt charts, and Visio
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication as well as demonstrated presentation skills


Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$116,880.00 - $175,320.00
