Business Associate - Internal Audit Resource and Budget Management
The Business Associate is an intermediate level position responsible for overall business administrative activities. The talented individual filling this position will report to an Internal Audit (IA) Resource & Budget Management (RBM) SVP and work closely with the IA RBM Director and other team members. These activities and tasks may include data analytics, operations management and co-ordination, business reporting, execution of Workforce Management, and regulatory deliverables. The Business Associate will support on ad hoc projects as required.
Responsibilities:
Support on the end-to-end execution of RBM owned processes and recurring controls such as annual Dual Role Matrix Reporting assessment and monthly positions management and validation to ensure adherence to the enterprise procedures and standards
Collaborate with the team to manage and maintain resource tracking and management tools, ensuring data accuracy
Identify process improvement opportunities and ensure that established guidelines/policies are adhered to and updated as necessary to maintain operational discipline and governance for team processes and controls
Support on Enterprise Workforce Management (EWM) activities and efforts, including change management processes impacting direct staff and non-employee positions management, demand & capacity planning and resources planning
Prepare data, supporting documentations and artifacts to support MCA testing and monitoring
Work with large data sets (excel and Citi internal systems) to create required reporting and drive insightful analysis
Develop clear story telling business presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to IA Leadership team and stakeholders
Prepare and update recurring reporting materials focusing on human capital metrics and data
Support on ad hoc analysis as deemed necessary, working with multiple stakeholders including COO, HR, Finance, EWM, and MIS teams
Qualifications:
BS/BA degree or equivalent preferred
3-5 years of relevant experience
High level of proficiency in MS Office, including Excel / Access/ PowerPoint
Familiarity with HR or Workforce Management systems
Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic, deadline-oriented environment and flexibility to work hours necessary to meet tight deadlines
Strong interpersonal skills who is detailed oriented, has well developed listening skills, can engage a small group and possess the ability to identify and escalate issues as they arise
Ability to effectively use complex analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving techniques.
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
