Job Description

Wealth Supervision Coordinator is an individual contributor providing essential support to the Wealth Supervision organization.  The role is responsible for identifying and implementing strategic opportunities for innovative solutions, driving process re-engineering, building scale and mitigating risk. The candidate will work closely with Wealth Supervision and Fiduciary Oversight Leadership Team, Technology, Operations, Independent Compliance, Independent and Fiduciary Risk Management and Internal Audit. This individual requires a proven record of managing across multiple teams, advanced Excel/PowerPoint/Adobe skills, strong analytical skills, excellent organizational and project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities concurrently. 

Responsibilities

  • Execute against key priorities and strategy for Wealth Supervision across multiple countries/jurisdictions
  • Ensure Supervision and Fiduciary Oversight Group align with the strategic goals and future growth of Wealth
  • Develops plans and execute scalability strategies; coordinate and integrate across Supervisory and Fiduciary Oversight Group
  • Lead business routines & program manage strategic initiatives
  • Oversee the design, enhancement, implementation, reporting, and oversight of Wealth Supervision strategic goals
  • Work closely with the Change Management team to review strategic opportunities for innovative solutions to help re-engineer processes, build scale and mitigate risk
  • Build strong relationships and coordinate across the Business, LoD and 2LoD key stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain excellent client relationships
  • Coordinate strategic activities, identify necessary resources and develop schedules to meet completion deadlines
  • Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of how drive strategic priorities to contribute to achieving Wealth Supervision goals
  • Persuades and influences others through communication and diplomacy skills
  • Manage the stakeholders, partner to develop roadmap, milestones, and be accountable to the delivery of the projects
  • Follow through the corporate mandates for change management, adhering to corporate policies and procedures, controls, audits, etc.
  • Be change agent and lead agile best practices.
  • Improve communication by having effective meetings, using optimal communication channels, writing executive summaries, tracking & reporting status/risks.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in financial services
  • Strategically-minded with track record of execution excellence
  • Hands-on orientation with the demonstrated ability to set up internal processes to communicate and resolve issues
  • Comprehensive knowledge of general IT infrastructure, Human Capital Management (HCM) and financial advice-related compliance
  • Demonstrated leadership and management abilities with commitment to client and team member experience, goals of practice and productivity
  • Consistently detail-oriented, goal-oriented and able to work in a team
  • Excellent communication skills required in order to influence a wide range of audiences
  • Prior success working in a large, highly-matrix and complex organization; able to set priorities and 'triage' in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Consistently demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication
  • Expertise in troubleshooting and problem solving.

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$134,960.00 - $202,440.00
