Team/Role Overview:

Citi is looking for an FX Product Manager who will lead the Custody JV product initiative, which is a key pillar of our FX growth strategy. You will be an integral part of the team coordinating with partners in Custody as well as FX from design to implementation of products and offerings.

In this role you will:

  • Work with Securities Services/Custody to build out product capability to facilitate our Partnership Growth strategy
  • Design, implement and commercialize FX flows originating from clients with and without Custody relationship with Citi
  • Work in partnership with FX and Custody Sales teams to position the correct products and engineer new solutions for client FX requirements related to securities funding and hedging
  • Contribute to the growth of Custody FX revenues in line with overall FX growth plan
  • Ensure governance standards of products including risks and control adherence, local regulatory requirements in different markets and other associated standards

What we will need from you:

  • Detailed understanding of FX products and offerings, and familiarity with experience in Custody FX flows
  • Experience in end-to-end FX lifecycle including pricing, trade execution and post-trade management
  • Strong execution capabilities to take from idea to implementation and working with large stakeholder groups
  • Ability to learn local country requirements for FX, including regulatory and other control related asks
  • Keen insight into financial and operational risks and ability to design mitigating controls
  • Experience in working with clients in implementation of products and services
  • Effective communicator that can collaborate with stakeholders from various teams across multiple geographies
