As part of the Technology Analytics & Decision Management team, the incumbent will work closely with Business Execution, Finance, HR, and Technology Leadership.  Responsible for managing a team with various skills that include primarily project management and financial analysis.  A seasoned professional that will be able to act as Deputy to the single point of contact for Accountability, Culture and Talent (ACT) workstreams across Technology.  Will provide oversight of system integrations and change management that impact tools and processes used by Tech organization to manage workforce and fiscal deliverables.   Will have ownership of consent order milestones under the ACT workstreams.  Will develop senior management presentations by aggregating and synthesizing content, with goals of automating and enhancing the work product.  Will have the opportunity to work on various key strategic projects for Technology with high visibility and impact. This position will be providing a platform for continued development and visibility across a global organization as well as exposure to senior management and other functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and manage strong relationships with a diverse group of senior stakeholders in various O&T groups, to ensure adequate information sharing, reporting, alignment, and communications are in place.
  • Prepare materials for Technology business reviews, Executive Management Team meetings and other presentations as required by the COO of Technology.
  • Aggregate and analyze key metrics, partner with the finance team on preparing budgets, analysis, and financial reporting.
  • Provide program management oversight and execution, as well as research activities across a wide variety of Technology initiatives.
  • Drive the standard use of tools, and templates to facilitate decision making across the Technology organizations.
  • Prepare reports, briefings, and presentations on strategic issues, as appropriate.
  • Support productivity and cost savings initiatives in partnership with the Business Execution teams.
  • Review and monitor key performance indicators across the Technology organization.

Knowledge/Skills Required:

  • Progressive experience within financial services and dealing with complex budgets and tracking of key metrics.
  • Demonstrated success in managing deliverables within aggressive timeframes; ability to cope under time pressures.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a complex organization, across multiple cultures, geographies, and disciplines.
  • Detail-oriented, with the ability to produce quality deliverables while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exhibits strong leadership and communications skills and ability to think creatively and analytically.
  • Possesses strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to conduct research/analysis, organize findings and build presentations.
  • Demonstrated project management experience and detailed knowledge of technology products.
  • Working knowledge of Citi, the financial services industry, and financial products
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and relationship-building skills are required.
  • Highly effective written and oral communication skills; excellent organizational skills
  • Advanced communication/presentation skills; ability to creatively develop new material for a wide variety of constituents.
  • Able to adapt quickly to internal financial tools and processes.
  • Strong team player who can work effectively in cross-organization situations.

Qualifications

  • Business Administration degree or similar (Operations Management, Management Sciences, Engineering Management, Technology and Management)
  • Experience in Project Management, Communications, or Technology execution.
  • Excellent PC and technical skills including MS Excel (Pivot tables, V-Lookup), Word, PowerPoint, Photoshop, and SharePoint & Collaborate sites.
  • Fluent English, written and oral.
  • Exhibits strong leadership and communications skills and ability to think creatively and analytically.
  • Possesses strong problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced communication/presentation skills; ability to creatively develop new material for a wide variety of constituents
  • Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, and a collaborative style.


Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
