Our 4 day hybrid program aimed at students of Black or Black-mixed heritage, provides the opportunity for you to explore what investment banking is all about. The program will enhance your knowledge of different business areas and give you relevant skills.
Here at Citi, we want to ensure you are given true insight to help you decide where you want to start your career. Our Insight Program runs for 4 days (2 days will be virtual and 2 days in the office) and during this time you will learn more about the following business areas: Investment Banking, Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, Markets, Securities Services, Capital Markets, Global Wealth, Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) and Technology. Following the programme, participants that have demonstrated the qualities we look for at Citi will be able to apply for a place at an assessment centre in the autumn to be considered for a place on one of our 2026 summer analyst programs.
Your time here will look something like this:
- Interactive workshops
- Presentations from Senior Management
- Skills Sessions
- Team projects and presentations
- Networking/Social events
We want to hear from you if:
- You are of Black or of Black-mixed heritage and looking for your first exposure to the industry and the different business areas within it
- You are in your first year of a three-year undergraduate course or second year of a four-year undergraduate in any discipline or Master’s course (graduating in 2027)
