In this role, you’re expected to:

POSITION SUMMARY                                                                                                    

As the team leader of the Custody and Funds  Billing Unit – SSO, KLCSC , you will be responsible for the operation and management of the Custody and Funds l Billing  for  Asia Pacific branches.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Manage day-to-day operation of the Unit and is responsible for delivery of service standards to all branches.
• Hands on involvement in Fee Schedule Maintenance , Invoice Production , Payments and Reconciliation .
• Able to resolve technical problems and communicate results to senior management and branches.
• Lead investigative work regarding Invoice Production and Accounting Entries , and internal system related queries.
• Minimise losses/ risk through exercising end-to-end operational controls over procedures. 
• Participate in UAT testing and see through proper deployment of system enhancements for Billing Operations
• Participate in Billing Change Managements and  Service Review calls with branches and Stakeholders.
• Ensure operational procedures are in practice, up-to-date and consistent with local regulations.
• Prepare management reporting, production statistics and capacity planning.
• Manage staff performance; facilitate staff hiring, training and development.
• Establish appropriate operating practices to maintain service integrity and corporate compliance.
• Plan capacity to meet key performance indicators and maintaining strong employee satisfaction and moral

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

PRE-REQUISITES

• Degree in Banking and Finance/ Accountancy/ Commerce/ Business Administration or other relevant degrees.

• 5 years’ experience in operations preferred. Experience in   Billing processing, Securities Operations, Banking or Customer Service will be an added advantage
