The Asset Servicing Lead Analyst is a seasoned individual contributor professional role. A strategic professional who stays abreast of developments within own field and contributes to directional strategy by considering their application in own job and the business. Applies in-depth disciplinary knowledge, contributing to the development of new techniques and the improvement of processes and work-flow for the area or function. Integrates subject matter and industry expertise within a defined area. Requires in-depth understanding of how areas collectively integrate within the sub-function as well as coordinate and contribute to the objectives of the function and overall business. Evaluates moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact, where development of an approach/taking of an action involves weighing various alternatives and balancing potentially conflicting situations using multiple sources of information. Requires good analytical skills in order to filter, prioritize and validate potentially complex and dynamic material from multiple sources. Strong communication and diplomacy skills are required. Regularly assumes informal/formal leadership role within teams. Involved in coaching and training of new recruits, significant impact in terms of project size, geography, etc. by influencing decisions through advice, counsel and/or facilitating services to others in area of specialization. Work and performance of all teams in the area are directly affected by the performance of the individual.


Responsibilities:

  • This role will manage reconciling and processing positions related to Voluntary corporate action events
  • These activities include revisions of communications, notifications and facilitating postings for Corporate Action or Proxy events
  • Demonstrates ability to lead projects or offer solutions at an advanced level for assigned area
  • Solves complex customer problems and consults with customer as required
  • Responsible for end-to-end project management, resource management, financial issues and risks to execution
  • Defines, develops, implements and tracks appropriate KPIs and SLAs for the group
  • Recommends and implements systems and procedural enhancements for Asset Servicing
  • Liaises with internal and external clients to assess service quality and identify areas for improvement
  • Demonstrates advanced understanding of Asset Servicing operations combined with a comprehensive understanding of how own area Integrates with other departments to contribute towards achieving business objectives
  • Acts as advisor or coach to new or lower level personnel
  • Responsible for day-to-day resource management and allocation of work within the team/project. Persuades and Influences others through developed communication skills
  • Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

  • Senior level experience in a related role
  • Subject matter expert in at least one area of the function
  • 6-10 years of experience

Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$129,840.00 - $194,760.00
