Citi’s US Personal Bank Business includes Branded Cards, Retail Bank & Mortgage and Citi Retail Services. Our products and services cover a wide range of client banking needs including credit cards, basic banking, mortgages, lending, payments, and investment advisory services, to individual consumers and small businesses.

This position is a part of the USPB Centralized Remediation team. The U.S. Personal Bank Centralized Client Remediation Team is critical to driving end to end remediation of Client impacting issues including strategy development, ensuring the impacted population is identified and complete and executing all required remediation steps.


The ideal candidate will have a proven record of accomplishment in strategic business optimization, driving centralized processes, facilitating culture change and creation of policies and procedures. Excellent communication skills required to negotiate internally, sometimes at a senior level. Developed communication and diplomacy skills are required to guide, influence, and convince others, in particular colleagues in other areas and occasional external customers.  In this role, the individual will manage a team of talented process analysts and project managers to maximize efficiencies across the CCRT team.


Responsibilities:

  • Foster an innovative and inclusive team-oriented environment where team members can tackle some of today’s strategic operational challenges.
  • Support the Director of Business Optimization to build organizational capabilities on process and resource efficiencies
  • Define and enhance controls and quality assurance procedures to ensure risk associated with Client Remediation is mitigated
  • Collaborate with partners to build accurate, forward-thinking metrics and reporting for Client Remediation across the USPB
  • Re-enforce best practices for the organization to ensure consistency of Business integration and process implementation
  • Be a thought leader for Remediation. Share best practices.  Identify ways to simplify and enhance ways to work collaboratively as a team. Be a trusted advisor and partner to the supporting functions and stakeholders.
  • Present status updates, issues / challenges / risks and solutions to senior management, stakeholders, and partners in a succinct manner to drive decision-making and actions.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience
  • Experience managing cross functional teams
  • Experience either in strategy consulting or business optimization
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work under pressure and prioritize tight deadlines
  • Ability to influence broadly and challenge conventional thinking. An influencer who communicates clearly and builds partnership and consensus, but also speaks up for the right course of action
  • Ability to multi-task, highly organized, and high level of attention to detail
  • Self-confidence and exceptional communication and strategic thinking skills to engage with those reporting into C-Suite leadership, and demystify technical intricacies in language and context relevant to a broader audience
  • Ability to develop high quality materials, especially written documents for senior leadership
  • Experience with MS Office tools, including strong presentation development skills (PowerPoint)


Education:

  • Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$130,880.00 - $196,320.00
