Business Execution Senior Lead - C15
The Program Senior Group Manager manages multiple teams through other managers and has an in-depth understanding of how own sub-function contributes to achieving the objectives of the overall function. Requires thorough understanding of strategic direction of the function within the relevant part of the business, combined with a solid conceptual/practical grounding in both the function and/or area of expertise and related subject areas. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required to navigate and influence internally, often at a senior level.
Responsible for executing functional strategy and determine approach to implementing functional strategy. Accountable for end results, budgeting, planning, policy formulation and contribution to future strategy of the area(s). Typically, a direct report to a C16 role and function as an integral member of the functional leadership team within a country/site location, job family, or line of business.
Responsibilities:
- Serves as Internally recognized Operations subject matter expert that influences the way things are done
- Build partnership and influence senior leaders across functions to drive business agenda; may communicate with external parties and partners
- Need to develop and manage an effective communication strategy for Credit, Collections and Recoveries function partnering with communication resources, through a range of forums and media, including formal business reviews and town halls, as well as fun and engaging ways to generate excitement and support for key initiatives and a sense of team.
- Directly lead facilitation as the deputy and ensure that process owners are managing efficient and effective processes through coordination of performance updates, reviews, project prioritization, and escalations.
- Engage in cost management activities, including identifying opportunities to optimize costs, validating spending and cost saving initiatives, monitoring savings initiatives and expenses, as well as monitoring consistency between financial information, productivity information and HR reports
- Supports planning, directing and coordination of day-to-day activities of running a program or portfolio of programs.
- Identifies stakeholders in key organizations and build and manage relationships with each stakeholder, representing senior leader in various forums as necessary
- Leads the facilitation, coordination, and arbitration of cross-functional macro level topics within/across programs and with Senior Management.
- Directs the identification of risks which impact program delivery and ensure mitigation strategies are developed and executed when necessary.
- Manages a team of employees and coach and drives performance
- Leader will assist in developing strategic goals and opportunities to drive critical transformation, productivity and cross-business unit initiatives; ensuring appropriate tracking and measuring mechanisms are in place and driving effective execution
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency, as well as effectively supervise the activity of others and create accountability with those who fail to maintain these standards.
Qualifications:
- 15+ years of experience, including 8-10+ years' managerial experience
- Demonstrate a consistent track record having worked as a Program Lead, PMO or department head, managing teams and large, strategic cross-functional projects
- Previous program/project management, consulting, technology and/or management
- CAPM, PMP, PgMP and/or MBA are a plus
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree and managerial experience

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$170,000.00 - $300,000.00
