The Mass and Emerging Affluent Segments team is part of the Segments & Product Department which is part of Citi’s US Retail Banking group. The Mass and Emerging Affluent Segments team is responsible for designing and delivering differentiated and competitive value propositions to defined client segments with a focus on the digital channel.

The Program Management Lead position is responsible for supporting the design, development and execution of key analytics and initiatives to drive the business performance of the qualified behaviors for Citi’s Mass and Emerging Affluent Segments.The Analytics and Segment Manager will be in charge of competitive benchmarking and will perform ad hoc analytics to understand the industry standard vs. current trends and preferences of the current Citi Emerging Affluent customer base. They will also be responsible to own and deliver initiatives to help deliver differentiated and competitive value propositions to defined client segments.

Responsibilities:

  • Supports planning, directing and coordinating activities to drive qualified KPIs

  • Ensure seamless digital delivery, client experience, and client communication strategies as well as help prioritize, negotiate, and remove obstacles to achieve business results

  • Work with partners across digital, marketing, segment, fraud, product and technology teams to deliver go-to-market strategies and ensure the needs of clients are met.

  • Partner with business leaders across the organization to ensure digital roadmaps and collaborate on the future vision with a digital client perspective.

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

  • Identify trends and opportunities through data and develop strategies to drive key business priorities

  • Monitor performance through key metrics, and adjust strategies, if necessary, in response to market shifts and internal dynamics

  • Partner with analytics to support/disprove business hypotheses

  • Develop and communicate insights in a compelling narrative to inform strategic decisions and drive improvements

Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of experience

  • Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Digital, specialized analytics, or related discipline

  • Experience with banking and investment products

  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

  • Excellent communication skills, with ability to partner effectively with various levels within the organization.

  • Advanced excel skills to analyze data and create insightful reports as well as Power Point skills to develop clear and impactful presentations that effectively communicate key findings and recommendations to stakeholders

  • Comfortable in ambiguous situations, self-starter and self-learner.

  • Multi-tasking skills with ability to manage complex projects and meet strict deadlines

  • Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality.

  • Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills required.

Education:

  • Preferably Master's Degree; Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$107,120.00 - $160,680.00
