Wholesale Lending - Program Management Lead
The Technology Program Manager will be responsible for a suite of regulatory milestone closures including change management across a portfolio of systems for payment controls, product processor consolidation, and End User Computing (EUC) elimination.
The ideal candidate will have an understanding of the strategic direction of the Credit Risk function within the ICG business. The job may involve both internal and external negotiations which will have a major impact on the area managed, and possibly on related areas and organization as a whole.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the portfolio of regulatory milestones and take them through 20+ tollgates of reviews/approvals/ through to closure.
- Lead calls and influence decisions with key stakeholders and subject matter experts across Operations, Technology, and all Lines of Defense
- Provide thought leadership to drive decisions.
- Identify, prioritize, and own execution of opportunities, end to end, to drive operational efficiency.
- Ensure close governance and tracking across the full implementation plan and alignment against Regulatory commitments.
- Change control driver and ensures they are going through proper governing channels.
- Demonstrates ability to identify potential risk issues that need escalation and escalates them promptly.
- Ensure key results are well defined and clearly communicated with relevant stakeholders.
- Develop and support performance measurement and management ranging from strategic franchise development scorecards to project/function-specific metrics.
- Enforce a culture of SDLC best practices across the technology group.
- Utilize proficient Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills to provide effective reporting and documentation including dashboards and scorecards.
- Manage a team of staff and provide guidance and direction.
Qualifications:
- 5-10 years of experience in project management, strategy development and execution
- Internal Auditing background preferred
- Project Management certification preferred.
- SDLC or Agile technology experience preferred
- Experience working in a global, dynamic environment.
- Strong listening, presentation, communication, and influencing skills. Articulates with confidence to senior management.
- Superior Planning & Organization skills
- Ability to multitask and work across various groups globally.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational, written, and communication skills are required to influence a wide range of audiences.
Education:
- Bachelor’s/University degree, Master’s degree preferred

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$114,720.00 - $172,080.00
