The Risk Chief of Staff team, within the Chief Administrative Office, supports the priorities and goals of the Independent Risk Management (IRM) function by leading strategic initiatives, driving cohesion across the organization, providing Risk governance, and leading the overall communication and employee engagement strategy.

The Risk Chief of Staff team is looking for a Program Lead (VP) to help manage and coordinate the execution of various initiatives and projects including people strategy / VOE efforts, as well as manage logistics for various management and governance meetings such as strategic off-sites, townhalls, site visits and ad-hoc assignments, as needed. 

This role will work in a dynamic and fast paced environment with the Risk Management organization, various stakeholders outside of the Risk Function such as those in Human Resources (HR).

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Risk Chief of Staff Office in managing tasks associated with the planning, directing, coordinating and delivering of day-to-day activities in support of the CRO and Risk CAO, including the execution of the Risk employee engagement plan.

  • Support the buildout and monitoring of Chief Risk Officer (CRO) and Risk Executive Management Council (RMEC) priorities and goals.

  • Provide support on content creation for presentations on key Risk projects including effective monitoring and communication of progress.

  • Support the Risk Chief of Staff Office in coordinating timely and high-quality delivery of commitments such as strategic off-sites, materials for management and board committees, consent order deliverables, among others.

  • Help to coordinate and support logistics planning and employee engagement / VOE plan execution across multiple Citi locations.

  • Support in the review and approval of budgets for employee engagement activities, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while maintaining high-impact events.

  • Regularly compile and report on engagement event costs from various regions, providing a comprehensive view of global spend to the Chief of Staff and leadership team.

  • Establish KPIs to track and evaluate the effectiveness of engagement programs.

  • Provide support to ad hoc projects and miscellaneous administrative matters as needed.

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize, multi-task and work within tight and changeable timeframe while still maintaining high level of accuracy.

  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex concepts in a concise manner.

  • Advanced analytical skills and time management skills, excellent attention to details

  • Intermediate to advanced technical skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Macros, etc.) a plus.

Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of experience in financial services

  • Experience working in global and complex settings with multiple stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills

  • Proven ability to work in a team of diverse skill sets and cultures.

  • Proven ability to work in high-pressure, time-sensitive environments.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree/University degree, Master’s degree a plus

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$114,720.00 - $172,080.00
