The NEXT & POG Global Banker will manage a portfolio of clients as well as partner with the Global NEXT & POG leadership team to develop and drive client revenue campaigns. The role requires a deep understanding of clients, and relevant solutions. The responsibilities of the role are broad based and include managing a portfolio of clients, and partnering with other NEXT coverage bankers, and product teams to identify and execute opportunities for wallet deepening, utilizing digital tools to drive replication of solutions. The Banker would work with the Global NEXT & POG leadership team to develop and train coverage bankers, deliver NEXT & POG unique client engagement insights to ensure high quality relationships across the portfolio. The NEXT /POG Banker displays a high level of curiosity, empathy, communication skills and resilience. The role requires self-starters who are confident in interacting with clients, bankers and senior management. Roles are based in New York.

Responsibilities:

  • Calls on clients to drive wallet penetration offering solutions to solve our client’s challenges and needs

  • Work directly with the NEXT/POG Heads in continuously delivering client portfolio insights that help drive targeted engagement with NEXT clients

  • Develop and design wallet deepening campaigns for NEXT clients, in partnership with product, marketing and risk partners

  • Drive execution and tracking of wallet deepening initiatives globally, paying attention to synergies and unique client solution requirements across markets

  • Stay abreast and ahead of market trends for NEXT profile clients, always ensuring the team has a view on our advantage relative to competitors

  • Partner with product to drive development of innovative solutions for NEXT clients

  • Lead development of tools and processes for improving productivity / internal efficiency for the NEXT RMs

  • Be a champion for the identification and sharing of NEXT best practices that drive revenue growth.  Track impact and results

  • Coordinates the Relationship Plan review process for key sector clients and helping to ensure we maintain the pulse on driving sector transformational opportunities identified during this process

  • Coordinate the execution of ad-hoc requests related to driving growth of the business

Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of experience in digital client management, or business banking

  • Sound knowledge of banking products and knowledge of credit

  • Demonstrates strong knowledge of market trends and stays abreast of such

  • Strong data analytics capabilities and ppt proficiency as a tool for communicating

  • Able to quickly adapt priorities based on the latest data insights

  • Ability to coordinate multi-functional teams to provide an exceptional client experience

  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills (e.g. negotiation, consultative skills, leadership)

  • Highly focused, able to rapidly identify key priorities, clearly communicate the priorities

  • An innovative mindset and exhibits a proactive approach in looking for ways in strengthening business relationship with clients

  • Passion for creating new business opportunities with existing and new clients and able to demonstrate innovative approaches to meeting clients’ needs.

  • Ability to embrace new technology and understand the role digital plays in the experience we deliver for our clients

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$138,720.00 - $208,080.00
