The Project Manager will partner with key internal stakeholders (Operations, Technology, Banking, Markets, Commercial Bank, TTS, Compliance and Risk) and drive closure for Regulatory commitments.

The right candidate will have Excellent communication skills required to influence a wide range of audiences. The job may involve both internal and external negotiations which will have a major impact on the area managed, and possibly on related areas and organization as a whole.

They will assist senior team members to develop and manage medium to long term plans in the loans/lending space and communicate functional strategies for complex regional and country structures requiring coordination and integration across units.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive efficiency and consistency in processes, including but not limited to assisting Product Owners with UAT, Pre Technology release processes, lead socialization of progress to all stakeholders in partnership with Product Owners
  • Identify, prioritize, and own closure of regulatory commitments, including collecting evidence of execution from multiple stakeholders, and managing communication with Internal Audit
  • Effectively partner with key stakeholders and subject matter experts across Risk types and Businesses to promote a more integrated approach to regulatory relations.
  • Assist with driving closure on strategic roadmap for initiatives such as WCR (Wholesale Credit Risk) with stakeholders (Business, Operations and Technology, Global Function teams) across the globe
  • Provide functional support to drive continuous improvement across the Loans area 
  • Effectively partner with Technology Central Business Office, Technology Leads, Program Managers, Management Office team, Internal Audit, Business Function Quality Control team, and cross Line of Business partners providing insightful feedback and analysis to help drive closure of regulatory commitments.
  • Ensure close governance and tracking across the full implementation plan and alignment against Regulatory commitments
  • Record meeting summaries and follow-up actions for distribution to relevant stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates ability to identify potential risk issues that need escalation and escalates them promptly
  • Ensure key results are well defined and clearly communicated with relevant stakeholders 
  • Enforce a culture of SDLC best practices across the technology group
  • Drive change management strategy through completion of strategic initiatives

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in project management
  • Experience in the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including Agile project work
  • Experience with Consent Order work a plus
  • Background in audit a plus
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and organizational / time management skills
  • Project Management experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Ability to network and interact with a broad range of risk teams and senior management 
  • Intellectually curious and willing to invest time in researching areas outside current knowledge base/ skill set

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$114,720.00 - $172,080.00
