Citibank, N.A. seeks an Applications Development Technical Lead Analyst for its Irving, TX location.

Duties: Develop and implement processes and frameworks for data collection systems. Design and develop data ingestion processes. Design and develop the workflow data quality application. Ensure code quality as per standard guidelines and principles. Responsible for data integration of multiple legacy data flows into single source of truth. Prepare technical specification for all modules and maintain the various sources of data using a flow diagram. Design and develop process for merging data from various sources. Maintain reference data for federal regulatory purposes, which are subsequently used by downstream consumers. Develop and implement transformation logic (ETL) to support the data consumption requirements. Design and develop the consumption layer for business users. Design and develop the solution for data transfer across clusters. Maintain audit and metadata entries in database (RDBMS) for snapshot information. Resolve high-impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business process, system process, and industry standards. Conduct time to time evaluation and adaption of tools for areas requiring process refinements. Solve complex processing requirements by using tools used across industries best suited for the solution. Compare and evaluate tools capacity for addressing performance and integrity of results. Own and maintain end to end data flow and architecture of data acquisition system and consumption platform. Design the bid data architecture for data interfaces, transformation, and storage. Remote work may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policy.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems Engineering and Management, or a related field, and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Five (5) years of experience must include: Designing the Data model based on the business requirements and storing the data in relational database management system (RDBMS) databases including Oracle or Big Data stores including Apache HDFS and Hbase; Performing regression test and analyzing the results from Production System and the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) System using Shell Script, Spark, Oracle, and Hive; Developing Test Scripts and configuring the project in Jenkins and SonarQube for CI/CD pipeline; Developing end-to-end Data Flow and Architecture of Global Finance systems on Big Data (Spark, Oozie, Hbase, and Hive) and Traditional Database Systems (Oracle and Teradata); Developing and implementing transformation (ETL) logic to support the data consumption requirements from different sources; Performing continuous integration and delivery of applications using Jenkins, Bit Bucket, SonarQube, and Black Duck; Utilizing SQL, SAS, Teradata, PySpark, Hive, Spring Boot; and utilizing DevOps tools including JIRA, Jenkins, Bitbucket, SonarQube, and CI/CD Pipelines.
